Set Up Fees– NO SET UP FEES. Unlike most in the promotional industry, we do not have set up fees.
Artwork– High resolution images are required. In most cases logo/ artwork will need to be in a one-color imprint. We can help covert your logo/ artwork at no charge, however, some intricate logos/ artwork may need to be outsourced for a minimal charge.
Turnaround Time– Production time is normally 7-14 days after artwork approval. If you need it faster, let us know and we’ll do our best. We will provide a proof if needed, estimated shipping date and tracking.
Shipping– Our manufactures are all over the USA. Shipping is FOB from the shipping location. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice.
